Code of Conduct

An output from the training events resulted in WiCR developing a code of conduct which has now been widely adopted across community rail groups and also across the railway industry including the Department for Transport, Network Rail and train operators. The group aims to see the code of conduct adopted by all members of the community rail family and for it to be used as a tool to challenge inappropriate behaviour.
